1. Program Description
Curbside Insured operates two distinct, opt-in SMS programs for US mobile numbers:
- Account Notifications: transactional messages, including delivery of the free Insurance Score vs. Credit Score Explainer you requested, confirmation of opt-in, and replies to messages you initiate. Frequency: varies based on your activity.
- Educational & Marketing Updates: recurring promotional and educational messages about new guides, updates to state insurance-scoring rules, and related informational content. Frequency: approximately 4 messages per month.
Each program requires a separate, affirmative opt-in. Neither is pre-selected.
2. Carrier Disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Available US carriers only.
3. Consent and Eligibility

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving the free educational content available on this Site. You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
